Experience
Lolly specializes in corporate, energy and environmental law. Her practice includes advising clients on renewable energy development, mergers and acquisitions and corporate formation and compliance.
Before joining CLP, Lolly was in-house counsel at a solar and wind acquisition and financing platform where she worked on project acquisitions, project financings (including debt and tax equity), asset management and corporate compliance.
Prior to law school, Lolly worked as a paralegal in California and Hawaii where she managed litigation and state administrative cases, focusing on construction defect litigation and land use.
Lolly holds a J.D. degree from the Lewis & Clark Law School with a specialization in environmental and natural resource law, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is licensed to practice law in Oregon.
